The two stars are because items were delivered on the requested date. The items that were the delivered had very little in common with what was ordered. There is zero communication from BG Gifts after you place the order to confirm the date of delivery and approx. time of delivery. The items are way overpriced, which is ok if the service was on par with the price, but customer service is horrible. Tips don't seem to make any difference.

The service was ok in general, but there are areas that need to be improved. For example, one product - kebabche was described on the site as roasted and frozen, ready for consumption, but a raw product was delivered to the recipient. This was very misleading. Also, no amount of kebapche or kyufte for the specified price was listed on the company's website, which made it hard to decide what quantity a customer should order according to their needs. More detailed information displayed on the website is going to increase the customer confidence in the service provided.

The products are not as described. For the price and with the description promising highest quality, one could expect top products. However they are the cheapest on the market, purchased from Lidl and Kaufland. DO NOT BUY

I like the product. However, your customer service is not working. You need to have a contact with customers. I emailed you. No reply. Your phone was not working at all. You need a person to look inform customers of any problems. I even have problem to pay you.

I never received my order because your company never deliver to France. But I've paid by paypal You have to indicate that you don't ship to France or another country.

The delivery was delayed. It has arrived 2 days after the requested day of delivery. I will not be ordering again. You need to work on improving #1, on-time deliveries and #2, which even more important, communication with your customers. I have requested status on my order several times via an email and did not get any response, leaving me in limbo. If you want to have a competitive advantage on the market, you need to improve.

I needed to send a gift to a friend in Bulgaria to let them know I was thinking of them during a difficult time. I live in the United States and was not sure how to proceed. The Bulgaria Gifts website offered many gift options and made it very easy to order. I was very pleased with the service.
