Although the order was okay, with really nice products, the communications via the website were horrible. I had to use Whatsapp to call the store to confirm everything after the emails were being bounced back and there was no other means to fix the problems. I was very impressed with the delivery and products. I won't order again from you until I'm assured your email and website is in order.

Such a worse experience, I have ordered one black forest cake for someone's birthday.they delivered the cake next day after birthday as well as they haven't deliver the black forest cake. I have spent 117 $nzd for the cake(incl everything) and they actually deliver a cake which only cost 5$ .

I am so disappointed I have no words to describe! I have used the services of this website twice and both times I feel ripped off! You pay and place an order for a certain product and it is delivered much cheaper and of poor quality! That's not how business is done! This is a pitiful Bulgarian job! If you don't have a certain product from the website in stock, you should contact the guarantor and offer an alternative option and not decide what to deliver yourself, especially when it's food and you don't know if the person has a food allergy!!!!! !!I will try to make this review reach more users so that no other people are lied to and robbed!

It was ok. It was good. 1 day delivery late and a bottle of white wine missing. It is being corrected. Considering its 7,000 miles away; I will use Bulgarian gifts again. Thank you. Merry Christmas.

Extremely disappointed, I ordered a very expensive flower arrangement and a cake worth $200 in total for my mom's birthday and what she received instead was simply embarrassing, not even remotely close in terms of color or look. I would have never paid for or picked the flowers and the cake she received. I will be requesting a refund and never ordering from this place again. If you can't deliver at least a similar version of the flower arrangements a person has ordered at least let them know so they can pick something else. I used this company last year as well to send a basket to someone and they forgot to include the card so the person didn't even know it was from me. Very very disappointed. Don't bother. You can see for yourself on the picture below, on the left is what I ordered on the right is what was received.

The delivered "luxury basket" worth 129USD plus delivery of 9,90 USD was not worth the price. The basket contained cheap goods that are mostly available in supermarkets like Lidl. The two bottles of wine, are of average quality each worth around 5 EUR both available in LIDL. This was far away from "Two bottles of select wines from award winning vineyards are the focus of this basket". The basket contained a chardonnay bottle of CIMAROSA, USA, as well as cheap Bordeaux wine from Vineris. The only highlight was a handwritten gift card. Contacting the shop to check the status of the delivery via Email was not possible as both available Email-Adresses bounced. After calling them up two days after ordering, they confirmed me, that delivery is on it's way, which was reconfirmed soon after by a bulgarian delivery agent by phone call. Short summary of my Experience: What you get is not what you pay for. Maybe my expectations were too high, but I wouldn't recommend their service.
