I have ordered the goodie bag for my son's birthday party on June 5th. Got email confirmed the order on the same day. on June 6, which is the next day got email says "your order has been shipped", but I have never received my order. Then I sent an email with the question, the company replied to me say "your order is sitting in our store still" what!!! I have been waiting for 3 days for those bags to come, now you tell me there are not shipped yet!? Why you sent the shipment confirmation to you customers if they are not yet shipped???? The answer is we thought you will pick them up. What is the excuse coming from?! Hope this won't disappoint the kids who come to the party without goodie bags if I cannot get them on time.

I loved how easy this was and how cute they looked. I only have one critique - allow more of the little toys to be purchased. I understand there is only so much room in a bag but maybe allow a couple more of the small ones :) Everything else was great! SO quick and lovely customer service!

Wonderful options for loot bag and delivery time was super fast! The service was better then I expected. They chose colours of items according to gender, which is wonderful and tried to keep them uniform to stop children from wanting what someone else has.

I ordered treat bags from Build-A-Bag and was very impressed. I loved that it was a Canadian company. The website was easy to use and making selections was really easy as well. I love that it allowed me to tailor the bags to the recipients; we had only one boy at our party (the rest were all girls) but he got a special bag with things just for him. The order arrived quickly and exactly as ordered. This business is amazing, you can't find a better place to get your loot bags for a child's party. I ordered the bags on line at 9 in the morning and was able to pick them up that evening all put together and ready to hand out. This is the 2nd time I have used this company and will continue to do so until my child doesn't require them anymore at her party's.

The website was very user-friendly and made selection of treat bag items really easy. I was able to complete the whole process quickly, and then the treat bags were delivered to my door! They looked beautiful, and the children all really enjoyed them. When I asked my sister-in-law about a week after the party if my niece had enjoyed the items in her treat bag, she said "Yes, she's still playing with them - and her brother is having fun with them too!
