Build-a-bag goes above and beyond with their customer service. They first let me know it would be too expensive to ship to me in Nunavut and offered to cancel my order. I explained to them I had limited options to make my son's birthday special (there are no party supply stores or dollar stores up here) but agreed the shipping was too expensive. The next day I got an email from Wanda, who had taken it upon herself to investigate alternative, more economical shipping methods for me. I really appreciate having loot bags for his party, and I think think all the children will be thrilled.
