Shopify auto populated an address I deleted and haven’t lived at for 3 years. Never received my packed. The business it was sent to returned to sender and customer service hasn't reached out despite me contacting them.

I prefer direct purchase, NOT shopify. Products are expensive and you have to buy a lot to get free shipping. It also takes weeks, not days, for products to arrive. I like Briogeo hair products, so put up with the less satisfying parts of the experience.

Brigeo shampoo & conditioner works great for me, plus subscription reordering makes it super easy.
