We love our new letters/numbers. I really wished you had sent them with the front face of the letters attached to a clear plastic so that I wouldn’t have to measure and install each letter separately. It took a lot of time. Thank you.

Prompt shipping! The templates are great but I could see where inconsistency with drilling the holes meant you cant identify where the drill without marking the template first. My 7 was a bit wonky but I chose to ensure it looked level from the top line (as it would be more obvious on the horizontal siding) But that would be my only suggestion: improve drill notations on template and accuracy of the placement of the holes when drilling. But honestly, it wasn't that hard--I just know people are dumb.
