Great product! Takes a REALLY long time to put together, but the finished product is really great. Easy to use and looks as good as it does in the photos.

I had my contractor build my Queen Metropolitan with hutch and lights last week. He said they were the best directions he had ever seen. It is installed, and everyone that sees it can't believe it exists. I imagined it, found your website, spent the money, customized my options, and now I have exactly what I envisioned. Shipped earlier, received on time, well pack and everything included. Great quality for bed and sofa...looks amazing. A little trouble figuring out i striations in some areas, even went to the online video, but in the end got a beautiful product. I love love love love our Breda bed!! Beautiful craftsmanship - excellent customer service. I’m so glad we went with this company. We did our own assembly and while it did take a fair amount of skill, the assembly instructions and supporting videos were excellent. It feels good to support an American company and I had no doubt that this product will last years

It looks nice, seems to be smooth to open and close. Seems sturdy! We haven't slept on it yet...but it's all made up and ready to go! We had it professionally put together (the instructions seemed complex and we decided to keep our marriage intact). The guys who put it together were professional and wonderful.

Well let me start off by saying the ordering process is easy and the website is user friendly. Order took roughly 6 weeks to manufacture and ship. Unfortunately the delivery is where things got challenging. I received a call on a Monday from the trucking company and they scheduled a Thursday delivery the same week. Unfortunately they never showed up nor called. I was quite frustrated since I needed to take the day off and be home to receive my curb side delivery. I reached out to Brett at Bredabed and he was very apologetic and responded quickly. Unfortunately the trucking company never reset their appointment and called the same day with the delivery. Luckily I was able to get out of going to work to receive the product. I will say the product is protected well and all parts and pieces were labeled well. If I could offer some advice to Bredabed it would be to have all the springs pre-installed. If some orders a queen size bed, you clearly know you need 7-8 springs, not 4 or 5 as you ship. I would also recommend an easier way to get bolt and nut number 2 in. That was a major challenge trying to get the two holes on the spring bracket to line up. I also had two screws from the hardware package that are used to mount the frame to the doors. The two screws went through the doors just slightly. I used the same method for all screws and my guess is the screws were slightly longer. Speaking of these screws, pre-drilled holes would’ve been a tremendous help! Having to drill 160+ screws to mount the frames and stretchers to the doors that are not predrilled isn’t fun! After all my above experiences I have no regrets just sore hands and back. The bed functions quite well and I would purchase again.

Very nice looking in our spare room. Everyone that's seen it agrees its very sturdy and well made. Our overnight guests appreciate the drawers and extra space to unpack. Assembly took no more than 12 hours for my husband and myself alone to build (both of us are Average builds in our 40's but please note: this is not for someone worried about breaking a nail, unable to lift 20-40 pounds or unfamiliar with a screwdriver, rubber mallet or drill). The instructions were excellent in the beginning of the manual. However they seem to trail off by the end pages leaving a bit to much room for interpretation on what they want you to do. We only struggled at the end as we were so careful throughout to follow each instruction to the letter, so no mistakes were made. Since the last few pages had instructions that were somewhat abridged and making assumptions you knew what they meant, it was a bit confusing seeing how specific they were up till that point, however we figured it all out in the end. There was a couple pieces damaged in shipping, which were corrected and sent out to us in a few weeks. We also paid extra for the in home delivery. That was a total mess, they cannot pull a pallet that large through any standard or even our oversized front door, let alone get it on an elevator. We did reach out to Breda on this issue but no one contacted us back regarding the fact we paid for the in home Delivery and we ended up carrying the items box by box up to our 2nd floor condo on our own after the delivery driver refused to take everything off the pallet and made us disassemble it in the Entry way of the building to do so. This had to be the biggest disappointment on the entire order. Cause the bed looks great. Just don't spend the extra money as they contract the delivery people in your area for the final mile and if they are not able to follow instructions by Breda you will end up doing it yourself and receive no refund to do so.

Most directions were specific and phone call and video support were readily available. One improvement that might be made is to use real wood rather than particle board.

My bed is beautiful and fits perfectly in my room. I spent a lot of time researching Murphy beds and this was by far the best product out there. It definitely looks as good as I expected.

Love it! It came on time and we’ll packed. When we had questions on assembly, the company was quick to respond.

It took 2 people, 5 hours to install. The directions to install the additional springs were vague and difficult to install. We purchased the Coffee Table and no directions were included. We threw away the screws, not knowing they were for the Coffee Table. FYI on the Couch, the screws are taped underneath the couch. Other than that, we love the Murphy Bed, Couch, and Coffee Table. We know our guest will enjoy it too!

Assembly was about as easy as it could be, with most holes pre-drilled and very clear instructions. The online videos for each step were also incredibly helpful. I put it together by myself over the course of a 3 day weekend working a little bit at a time and am quite pleased with the results. I included a note when ordering that I had a mattress larger than 11 inches, and it wasn’t a problem at all when it came time to add it to the cabinet. I’ve already had multiple friends ask me where I got it. Make sure you have an impact driver - it makes all the difference!

The bed cane very well packaged,all parts clearly marked and direction were very good. I am very pleased so far with my purchase.

Ordered a BredaBed without having seen one in person for my apartment in New York. Was just delivered last week (took about 6 weeks from placing the order). Awesome build quality and looks great! Will order from BredaBeds again if in the market for another murphy bed!
