The ordering was good. The code I got for free shipping did not work so I was charged $29 in shipping. If I could get that back it would be helpful as my order was over $200.

I made a large( 500$+) order and hadn’t received the order number confirmation email when I received a promotional email advertising 30% discount on iris roots which made up half my order. When I called to ask if I could have the 30% discount on my irises I was told it wasn’t possible and I would have to pay the full price even though they were having a promotion. I cancelled my order and made a new one to receive the discount.

I am disapointed not to benefit from free shipping for m’y second order in a few weeks

I have not received my order yet, so can't tell you how satisfied or not I am with your product or service. But I can tell you that I annoyed by being bombed by about 30 e-mails in the last 10 days!! For that reason, I am unsubscribing.

Prices are too high for EVERYTHING! I wanted to order mixed gladiolus for next Spring and they are already sold out?!? Come on!

Easy online ordering but not happy with the shipping. Becks should striving for faster order processing and shipping. (Like Amazon). I probably won’t order again for that simple reason. I have yet to receive my order in the mail, so I can’t give a review on the bulbs but…

I used Brock’s before for my bulbs. Always quality results. My latest order for crocus, it would be nice to know when they are arriving.
