I completed a survey of Brecks. I was told there would be a reward for completing the survey. Only Americans were eligible! Brecks is supposed to be a Canadian company, why would it eliminates Canadians? I tried most of a day to reach a manager to talk about this and was not able to speak to one. I have been a customer for many years and have spent a lot of money on their plants and bulbs. No more. Canadians are being discriminated against in favour of Americans. I will do all of my plant shopping at Veseys, a Canadian company. Lynnis

Breck’s is always a great company to work with - your bulbs and plants are carefully packaged and packed in a sturdy box. When something doesn’t grow, they are quick to resolve the problem. A coupon for free shipping after making an order is a nice thing and encourages customers considering other purchases to return. Suggestions: 1. indicate plants that rabbits don’t eat, like hyacinths and daffodils (most deer do not live in cities 2. Offer realistic methods to deter squirrels and rats. Little plastic boxes are easy for rodents to chew through. I find wire mesh and mulch much more helpful.

All bulbs received as ordered. I am sure they will do well.

I was happy with the waiting. The delivery, and the bulbs and Roots themselves. They haven't actually sprouted yet. But if they don't pop up this year I'm assuming it will be next year.

I ordered several begonia bulbs which weren't shipped till end of April (I start bulbs indoors at beginning of March). Then they sent me lily of the valley bulbs which I did not order. I called for a refund, but instead they are shipping the missed begonia items which will come in May. This is much too late and they won't bloom till end of summer. Quite disappointed with the process. We'll see if the flowers prove worth all the delays. Won't order again.

Last September I ordered Double Daffodil Mix. I didn't receive them until the beginning of November just a few days before the snow fell. I kept my fingers crossed all winter that they would come up. They did, so I've been really looking forward to their lovely assorted blooms. What I have are all yellow very plain daffodils. So no I will not be ordering from them again.

I have used Becks for years and have had great luck and good service. They stand behind their product, I love they have such a large variety and look forward to each and every plant booklet I get.

I live in Victoria BC and I get bulbs from Brecks even though it is very far away! It feels like Christmas when their lovely blue and white boxes arrive. The bulbs and bare-rooted plants are lovely, fresh, and grow into gorgeous plants. Shipping is quick, reliable and often free! I love this company!

I first ordered from Breck's in 2022, dug my bulbs in and waited. Most of my order did well and continues to do so, but I did have some that failed to come up. Fast forward to February 2026; I reach out to Breck's Customer Service regarding the bulbs that never bloomed from 2022 ( and a couple others from a later order). Jennie and Parishit were both wonderful and prompt in getting back to me, and resolving my issue with a credit to my account. Breck's genuinely stands by their Lifetime Warranty and I'm definitely going to continue ordering from them for this reason. Breck's, thank you for providing such high quality products.

Excellent attitude regarding problems!

The Amaryliss arrived safely and the relatives I sent it to you loved the pot it was in. Already apparently there is a healthy looking shoot and they are looking forward to its flowering.

I’m afraid I couldn’t enjoy planting my bulbs, because I broke my knee above my knee replacement. I ended up with having surgery to repair it. I had to watch my son ( he has never done any gardening) plant them with my instruction. In the end, they turned out gorgeous! I had fresh Dahlias and glads. Thanks so much! Everyone should invest in your bulbs, they could last a lifetime, with proper storage.

Ordered fall bulbs in August but didn't receive them till the beginning of November. A couple of days later we received alot of snow. Planting in October is much more pleasant. The bulbs looked great!! Hopefully they are the colours I ordered.

I enjoy the variety of plants and unusual beautiful flowers that you offer especially the perennials. I also appreciate the instructions and care of the plants.
