Missed Orders and slow delivery, no communication

I have always been absolutely delighted with Brecks - the online experience, packaging and quality of product. Unfortunately some of my tulips failed in 2025 (not a big deal) , and I was grateful to receive a $30 replacement certificate. However, when I tried to use it toward my order today , I realized it had no certificate number or discount code, and no instructions for applying it. I called customer service, but the representative couldn’t explain how to use the certificate. She said there was an issue that needed to be escalated, but I left the call without understanding what the issue was or when I might hear back. I did not have time to wait to hear back from the escalation team and placed my order, assuming that they could add the credit on the the freshly placed order. I called a new service member, and she said that they unfortunately can't retroactively apply my certificate. I have now left two interaction very confused and very disappointed. I appreciated the offer of a replacement certificate, so this has been disappointing. I hope Brecks clarifies how customers can redeem these certificates and follows through on honouring them.

The items available, price and process are all great. However, my delivery date was delayed by 2 weeks without any notice. Considering winter is just around the corner, this is not great news.

After numerous attempts to get free shipping I finealy connected with a wonderful customer service rep at last This person listened to my concerns and solved the problem. Thank you
