I was skeptical at first but this genuinely helped. the material feels soft and not irritating, and having multiple sizes helped a lot. I actually forget i’m wearing it.

noticed a real difference the first night. breathing felt more open and natural, especially during sleep. the starter pack made it easy to find the right size and once i did, it stayed comfortable all night. i wake up less congested and feel more rested. way better than the strips i’ve used forever. worth it if nasal breathing has ever felt difficult.

I was initially hesitant because I've never used anything like this before, but I've noticed sometimes I'm a mouth breather and get stuffy at night. As soon as I inserted the dilator, it instantly opened up my nasal pathway. I love that they gave me 3 because I was able to give one to my husband!

The product was effective but it just wasn't comfortable. Their return process was seamless. great company, the product just isn't for me.

Not very comfortable and didn’t stay in my nose while sleeping. I tried both the small and medium sizes. Neither worked. Large was far too big to fit. So unfortunately, didn’t work for me.

Found it in my back yard. It must have blown off my stoop when it was delivered. Works good so far. Thank you.

I like the idea. I am still washing them but they have a chemical aroma I just can't get rid of. for the short period I have used them it seems great. maybe I'll update once/if the smell goes away.
