It isn’t apparent to me how one should clean the nasal dilator. I’ve tried running under warm water, doesn’t do it.

After 1 week. Tried a few styles of dilators. The material on this one is the best. It’s soft in insertion (with water) then harden as it dries. The problem with most dilators is that the nose bridge material is way too rough on the bridge of the nose and causes wounds inside on each side. This left me sore and unable to install again after a few days. The Breathewave dilator is much softer on the sides nose bridge. I feel most of the discomfort gone after 1 hour. I still have some soreness internally but not to the point of wounds. I hope this will dissipate as times goes on. If it does. This is the best dilator out there. Wish the comb structure had less weaves. Would be cleaner in the morning. If the bridge somehow stayed soft and the combs stiffen that would be ideal. Or maybe different bridge design. Happy to test out new designs. . Good job so far. So 5 stars.

Out of the bag, absolutely love this thing. It's super effective, but it is pricey. Due to it being so expensive, I expected it to last a while. My first one started tearing and falling apart within the first month. I bought another, thinking maybe it was just the way was washing it. I followed the washing instructions to the T on the second one. Within 2 weeks, there are already broken pieces in the webbing poking into my nostrils. It would be an amazing product if it were able to last longer. There is no need for something that small to cost $50 and not be able to last an entire month. Just going to go back to an external one.

Ease of breathing noticed immediately once I began using. It has taken me a few days to get used to the feeling of the product.

For me, they met and surpassed expectations. The material did not have an irritating reaction with my Spire. Life changer, if you are scared of that weird adhesive, other external strip aids use. Slept like a true American spirit, 10/10

Fit very comfortably and works very well. Would recommend this product to any athlete for any sport! They are comfortable enough to wear all day and sleep in and they stay put during workouts of any kind. Service was great as well, they sent me the wrong pack on accident and I was able to get ahold of someone to get the right pack sent right away. Overall very happy with the product and service 10 out of 10

Loving it so far!

As someone who's had chronic breathing issues for years, I've tried every single thing on the market and nothing beats these. Where others fall short, this solves the problems as a very comfortable, lightweight, flexible dilator that stays in place!! Try the starter pack, get your size and you won't look back. My snoring is down to near zero, I finally get great sleep, and feel refreshed when I wake up. I couldn't recommend them more. It's a game changer.

This works better than i expected. Breathing feels easier and wake up less congested. It’s comfortable once you find the right size and the material feels soft, not irritating. The only reason it’s not 5 stars is the price, but it does what it says and i keep reaching for it. Overall very happy with the purchase.

noticed a real difference the first night. breathing felt more open and natural, especially during sleep. the starter pack made it easy to find the right size and once i did, it stayed comfortable all night. i wake up less congested and feel more rested. way better than the strips i’ve used forever. worth it if nasal breathing has ever felt difficult.
