I bought a sling for my fractured shoulder. It wasn't perfect for me. Madison shepherded me through the process of receiving credit and made it right. I wrote a review previously on the assumption that I would not receive credit and if it's there this is an update. I want credit to reflect that the company cares if a product does its healing job.
