The company did a good job ensuring I was able to get what I needed in the time I needed it. The write ups for the braces needs to be very clear you are buying a single brace, versus a pair. I'm not sure who develops the promotional summaries, but I found it misleading.

I ordered a replacement strap for my husband's foot brace not really knowing what foot brace he had, the customer service was very helpful, got the correct strap and it was delivered within a week. My only complaint is that it was $100 for a strap made of polyester and Velcro.

It's easy to use and much better than the water bag systems of yore. Only issue: With my right and left hands being affected with severe weakness, I found it a hard to pop the side closure button. Otherwise, love your product.
