As a retired physician with a cervical “radiculopathy,” I’m needing a neck brace that would keep me from looking “up,” which results in me pinching the nerve in my neck and causing arm “tingling” and back muscle spasms. (ouch!). But this neck brace is actually carved out in the back to give greater mobility, and is therefore useless to me.

Ordering the device and using my FSA funds made the purchase very easy. The device was delivered in a reasonable amount of time and met my expectations for product quality.

Service was great but neither my PT nor I are having any luck with keeping the darned thing from sliding down my leg. Can't seem to make it tight enough. I'll contact you folks tomorrow for suggestions.

The brace seems to push my knee into place as it should, but cut into the back of my leg after just a few minutes. I purchased a sleeve to wear under it which solved that problem. Then, I noticed scratches on my other leg from the edges of the Velcro being sharp. I haven’t worn it as much as I should because of the pain it’s caused. The inflatable pad does not seem long enough for the size of the brace. It doesn’t support the whole back of my knee.

Got to love a company that out performs expectations… The unloading brace purchased, turned out better than the brace the VA fitted me with. Love that you can modify length of straps! Next level in comfort… before FKR.
