Very professional and neat service

Excellent customer service

Brace arrived intact and only a short time

Everything was as advertised. It’s very comfortable thanks to the foam liner, although, as a very light sleeper I still find it hard to sleep well in it. That said, after almost 5 months of extreme pain when walking, I used the brace/boot for a week and am walking pain free. Thank you Brace Direct!

Received my elbow sleeve in a timely manner. I dealing with a bursitis bump on my elbow. This sleeve gives just enough pressure without feeling too tight.

Good service - but can I return z brace that I will not wear

My wife has degenerative disc, arthritis and a pinched nerve. She enjoys using this and feels like it will be helpful as she continues to use it. Shipping was quick and easy.

Brace doesn’t fit right I’m super depressed and frustrated

I ordered a Ossur back brace that was recommended by my chiropractor. The brace was delivered in less than a week. It is exactly as the website says and incredibly comfortable to use. I have compression fractures so the brace has been helping to stabilize my spine when I move around or even sit still. Very happy with my purchase!

Great product, delivered fast. When promised.

Good customer service and stellar product.

very friendly and helpful customer service.

Ordering was simple and product shipped promptly.

TY

The braces were really good and help Ronnie stand up without falling

Tried twice with a different company to order a knee brace , only to have to return them because they did not fit. So after again checking the size chart measurements, I talked to a rep to confirm accurate measurement. Too small again. Can’t keep paying for returns multiple times because the size chart is not accurate. So I give up.

Very easy to deal with and product came right away.

My wrist braces help me keep my wrist straight during sleep and relieved my pain.

I tried this and thought I would like it but the center velcro straps would not stay, they kept falling open every time I got up at night to use the bathroom. Very disappointed for the price I paid.

Loved the braces! Fast shipping and awesome products!
