Product was great and then suddenly dog did not like. I wanted to order bully sticks from South America. Agent said that she did not know which ones came from where. It's on the package. I will order bully sticks from somewhere else. Agent was very nice and sent me a sample of collagen sticks from SA. They are fine but am looking for bully sticks.

The Bow-Wow Buddy is perfect! I have a very strong chewer ( Doberman). Iam reassured that she cannot get to the small end of a bully stick because your product holds it so securely. She also can’t chew the holder itself, despite trying!

False advertisement! I don’t know what chew they are comparing the new epic chew with but my dog went through it in record time. The epic chew does not compare to any chew that I consider “long lasting “.

These are great. I have medium sized dogs (Keeshond) and the small actually works best. I ordered a small and medium to test both. I do have issues with the bullies coming out of both sizes, but I keep putting them back in. They loosen up but overall happy with the product.

As the owner of a Golden Retriever puppy who loves bully sticks, the choice to purchase the Bow Wow Buddy was a no brainer. I was always concerned she would choke on the stick and the Bow Wow Buddy has alleviated that concern. It is easy to use and she had no issues adjusting to it. It is a great device.

The bully stick holder is great, secures the chew. Makes me feel better knowing he can’t get to that last little bit.

The holder works great and gives me comfort that my 9# Chiweenie can’t swallow the last bit of bully stick. She has only had two bully sticks in it so far and has scratched up one side to where it’s getting sharp edges. She does not get it unsupervised and has never had it without the stick in it. So I wish the plastic was more durable or somehow not able to wear down so quickly.

The bully sticks in the holder are my dog’s most favorite treat of the day. He takes us to the counter and nudges the container that holds them to let us know, “Hey, I’d like one, please!” Thank you for a great product and a safe way for my dog to chew on them. He’s a high energy, aggressive chewer.

It' a hit!

I’m frustrated with shipping time. All of my orders have taken over 12 days to arrive- and some longer than that. Super frustrating.

Bought two of the bully stick holders and neither one hold the bully stick for long. Both dogs have been able to extract the stick from the holder even after multiple attempts to secure. I sent an email to them - waiting to hear back.

I love them. Winston loves them.my only complaint is they are expensive and he is so spoiled he demands a new one every other day. Can I get a discount code?

I have two bow wow buddies; the old one and the new one. My dog has been able to get everything out of the new one! And, I can't put just any yak chew etc. into the new one. I thought that was the purpose of recreating it.

Customer service is great I had a issue with one of my holders and they immediately replaced the screw and sent me a bag of chews. I love companies who stand behind their product and make good when needed.

I like the bully stick holder but the bully sticks smell really bad. Probably will not buy them again.
