The bully sticks wouldn’t stay inside the treat holder when locked in. My dog pulled it right out after approx 5 minutes. The medium Himalayan cheese bones I buy do not fit into the large holder. I was expecting to be able to use this for multiple treats but it was a bit of a let down unfortunately

order was delivered in a timely manner and our 8 month old Dauschund loves the bully sticks and holder!

I've purchased 4 packages and the quality is so-so. Some of the stix are great but a lot of them can't be used. They're simply too hard. . . . . and we have a mini doxie and they can chew through ANYTHING. We're going to look for other brands since we end up throwing so many of these away/

This bully holder is amazing. It is extremely well made. My yorkie loves holding on to it when he chews his bully. My nieces lab also got a hold of it at some point and chewed the bully and the device but aside from a few bite marks its still perfect.

The new replacement screws for the Bow Wow Buddy holder are much better than the old ones. I still use pliers to tighten (and loosen) as I had carpal tunnel surgery, and I don't have much hand strength. My 95 LB Lab was unable to remove the bully stub from the holder. A WIN!

I ordered the X-Large starter kit with bully sticks, holder, and container. The bully sticks sent i assume are sized for the X-Large holder. 3 out of 4 times using the provided sticks, our dog has pulled the complete stick out therefore voiding the whole safety purpose of the purchase. We diligently tightened the holder even taking effort to put the larger end in the holder. It appears the holder could benefit from increased travel in its threads to accommodate a tighter fit, as well as maybe a pointed end to the holder shaft. I was hesitant to purchase as I saw some other similar reviews with the same disappointing results. I wouldn't recommend this product.

Your website claimed your Bully sticks would absolutely fit the holder. I ordered the large (yellow screw) holder with the appropriate size bully sticks 12 inch pack of 10 . Well 4 of the 10 are too large on the one end to fit into the holder and the other end is too thin . I placed the stick into the holder about a third of the way up to hopefully catch a thicker area . That did not work . My puppy pulled the stick out of the holder twice . I ended up letting him have the stick without the holder , watching him closely defeating the purpose of the holder . Your sticks are not better than the sticks I can get at local pet stores or Agway and those are even low oder . Yours are really quite smelly !!! Needless to say , I’m disappointed in your product . We ordered a Bow Wow Buddy for our Max, and he absolutely loves it! And of course I feel so much better knowing he is snacking safely. Highly recommend!

Recently got my dog a dog and decided to upgrade both my girls to the new Bow Wow bully stick holders. I have the old blue one for my big girl , but figured the new design was supposed to be more secure and for other treats as well . Well first use with them and I am disappointed. I have to be vigilant with them, as these get loose ! The smaller one my new pup almost had it free, before I took it to retighten, twice! I didn’t seem to have this problem with the blue ones. I regret getting the orange and wish I would have stuck with the blue. My big girl is 86lbs Rottie mix, and uses this with 12” bulky sticks , and my baby girl is a German Shephard pup, about 34lbs and she gets 6 “ bulky sticks. Website was manageable enough. Shipping took a bit , but I wasn’t in a rush. Just not satisfied with the new product.

We bought 2 Bow Wow Buddy Safety Devices. Originally bought a M and L, for our two aussies, but the large was too big, so we exchanged for a S (product was still in original packaging). The products are great quality, and work really well. The exchange process was also really easy and their customer support team was responsive. Happy with our purchases and would recommend!

My baby loves the bullies! Here’s my confusion, when he gets to the part on the holder that can’t be raised higher, can I take it out and give him the rest of the bully? It’s about 2-3 inches left. I’m afraid he will choke on it.

The big guy loved his bully sticks and the design (to safeguard him from small piece lodging in his throat) great. BUT the next day he had diarrhea. Not typical. Waited a week and gave him the next bully stick…1/2 this time. Next day same thing, more diarrhea. Even though highly rated by my boy…For this dog they aren’t the right fit.

We love our bully sticks and the holder. It is great knowing our pup is safe chewing!

I like Bow Wow Labs, however the Jumbo Bully Sticks have not been available for over a year. It's extremely disappointing as the Jumbo size last much longer for my dog. Purchasing the next size down only keeps my dog occupied for a short while. I can’t afford to buy two or three 10-packs of the next size down to last a month.

I am disappointed with this company. I am on a subscription for bully sticks and collegen sticks and this month I only got package of bully sticks but did not get the 2 packages of collegen sticks. I called the company and they said they are on back order and wont be in for 2 months BUT they still charged me for the entire order when I need to wait 2 months to get them???? This is not how to do business.

The products we have purchased have been excellent. Our little 90+lb golden doodle loves her bones. She gets one every night before bedtime and she expects it.
