Bowers and Wilkins great. Delivery company DPD, extremely poor. . . I do not want to be told " I finish at 5, its not my problem " when i finally get through (at 4:30) to the help desk when they have left £1500 worth of kit at the wrong address.

The earphones sound wonder and are very comfortable. But the battery should charge to 100%, and I’m concerned the product was certified as new when it fails to charge to 100%.
