Shipping was amazingly fast (given the holiday season!) Return was fairly seamless and quick. Support was good and provided the information regarding the return. Although I wish I did not have to return the item (wrongly selected color) and could just exchange it for another one before it got shipped to me, would have saved a lot of hassle and back and forth.

I have been a B & W owner for decades but always speakers. This is my first headphone purchase after reading reviews from multiple different brands. It’s obviously a good Head phone and i find very little different to my PX7 S2. I almost like my old one better. BW are a quality products no doubt and will highly recommend.
