Delivery by DPD was several days late and I was initially concerned at the delay. Luckily I’d downloaded the DPD App and the reason given was simply a large backlog of parcels at their local (Swansea) depot, caused by bad weather (snow and floods). That said, the package eventually arrived in perfect condition; in fact, so well and tightly packed it took ages to open, as I like to keep the box intact, on the off-chance the content is damaged or faulty.

Well setup website. One complaint is that the system doesn't check whether the shipping info is actually registered yet so you get a notification that you have order tracking info but when you go in there is nothing there.

These are some of the most comfortable headphones I have used, they might have the best sound quality and noise canceling of any pair out there, the only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because of the ambient sound, the airpods pro, airpods pro max, and sony wh 1000xm5 and xm6 and wf1000 xm5 are much better in only that respect
