Shipping was fast and service was reliable. Description was meh because I didn’t know my kayak came with a paddle so I purchased one and now I have two.

Only problem I’ve ever had with any BOTE product was a paddle that came with the zeppelinkayak. It wouldn’t hold his position in the same shipment there was another paddle with the issue corrected. This tells you the quality of the company you’re buying from; They noticed a problem fixed it before I had to call.

Overall this was a great purchase. I’m 5’6” 150Lbs, and this board was a perfect fit. It’s lightweight, colorful, and tracks well when paddling. It takes a short while to find the sweet spot for stance location and balance. I like the extra gear options and planning to buy cooler and equipment rack for fishing. The SUP board is well designed, and has high quality components, like stainless steel connectors, and handles for carrying. Get out and paddle!
