Great customer service! I happened to order my Deus when Bote was switching between warehouses. I’m not sure if it was this or simple confusion on the part of the FedEx. But when my kayak was reported as delivered, the only thing on the porch was the paddle that came with it. I called customer service. They immediately shipped out a replacement, so that I did not have to wait on FedEx to figure it out.

I love Bote. I’ve had one for a few years and just ordered a new a new hardboard and 2 inflatables. Haven’t used as it’s winter - but the design and quality is terrific. Can’t wait to try out the inflatables as I have never used from Bote. I love the maglock and the cooler I just got to match. Get a lot of compliments on the board I have! The customer service person was SO helpful in getting me a full bundle deal. Really great experience!
