Love the quality of the cap and how it looks on my husband. Delivery was swift.

My husband bought a hat from them a while ago and wears it all the time. I recently bought him another one, and he found a small defect. When I contacted customer service, they were spectacular in how they handled getting me a replacement. I feel we will own many Boston Scally hats in the future! On a sizing note (because I've seen it mentioned in other reviews) make sure to measure your head before ordering. Their sizing chart is true to size. My husband gets a small. It's snug at first, but once it stretches out it's perfect.
