First cap arrived with a pretty bad manufacturing defect. Sent pictures, and a new cap was on its way a week later. Cap looks good, fits well, and customer service is on their game. Already considering my second purchase.

Really slick looking cap. Had to exchange for a size up. Process was hassle free. I am between sizes L and XL. I’d like to see some sort of hidden elastic system incorporated into the cap for a perfect fit. I have other scally’s with elastic but they come nowhere near the dope look, feel and quality of the Boston Scally. I wound up ordering the Jack of Clubs as well. That bad boy is still on the way.
