Sick as always, my only source of hats now.

We initially had a sizing issue with the first hat we purchased (by measurements my step father should have been a large). I was able to reach customer service by email and get the product set for a return. After talking with my step father (who the gift was for), we decided on a different style hat and went up a size (XL). As soon as it arrived he tried it on. . . . . It was perfect! We had a great experience with the company. Thank you for your patience.

Love their caps. I have several, probably an understatement, they are all great. I have some to look stylish and others to just work or do normal things. Can’t say enough good things about the caps. I bought one for the 4th and went to the county fair. Had a ton of compliments and even had some of the game people offering to play me for the cap. I’m not stupid, those games are rigged! I just kept saying, “Boston Scally. ” Get on the bandwagon!

Shipping was quick and I really like the special edition dust cover bags that come with these special edition drops. The only thing not great was no chance to buy one of the accompanying limited edition hat pins. The website was sold out at the time I ordered my hat.
