Easy to deal with.

I was disappointed, that when I returned some of my Items for a credit I had to wait until a week after you received them and the items in my cart were no longer on sale. I will never ask for a store credit again. I will have my credit put back on my credit card. I missed out on so many good deals at your store and others. You tied up my money. I get angry when I think about it and may find another place to shop.

The dress arrived promptly, the ordering process was seamless and I did not require any assistance with my order.

I love BP and have been buying from you for so many years I cannot remember when I started. I do think your size ranges are deceiving. Case in point - size 12 from what I have seen is not a medium but a large. Just my thoughts.
