Very quick exchange process, was pleasantly surprised!

Customer Service is usually pretty great. However, I am seeing a persistent issue with not getting free shipping applied in my cart even though it is $150+ and I am an "All Access" tier rewards member. Also, when I submit a return with a credit to be given on a gift card, it seems like some times I am not sent an email with the gift card number and it doesn't always show up in the shopping cart that I have remaining balances. It's confusing because some credits go back on a previous gift card number (reloaded) and it's cumbersome to try to find where the credit went back to.
