I saw the shoe at Berkshire in Omaha, they were not on the website to order. I emailed back and forth several times to get the shoe

Website was easy to navigate and shipping was prompt.

No issues. I bought : sizes and returned the shoes that were too small. Return was easy.

The first pair, one of the shoes has a discoloration that is evident enough to require them to be replaced. I send them back and place a new order. The issue is the same, but it's less obvious. The quality that was once present is no longer as good. I keep them, but I won't order any more shoes from them. That's just disappointing.

Everything went perfectly with ordering and shipping.

Shoes are darker brown than anticipated. Last ones of identical style was a lighter brown and I liked that better.

I love Born shoes! Their customer service is always very helpful, and shipping was fast. The shoes are not only comfortable but also very good quality. Overall, it’s a great brand with quality shoes that are not crazy expensive.

Exchanges are a nightmare as I ordered the wrong size but you didn't supply UPS slip. The website doesn't tell you how to get a UPs slip. Plus no one has answered my email. Once. the exchange happens I will not be ordering form Born.

Love the look and sage green color. Wish the back Velcro strap was elastic as it is not adjustable. Since the fit is slightly large without socks it would be a better adaptable fit. Smaller size would be too small. Ordering was easy. Arrived promptly.

I love these shoes. This is my 4th pair of similar BORN wedges. You can't hike in these very well.
