You sent me the wrong size in one shoe and then inside of not inconvenience the customer when you can see this is the 3rd pair I have bought, you ask me to send the pair back when this is my only work pair of shoes I have. Maybe a repeat customer should be trusted to send the shoes back when I trusted you to send the correct shoes I bought in the first place.
