Everything about the service was great although there are return fees when going directly with Born returns whereas other outlets do not. I will likely go to other sources to purchase Born shoes if it is going to cost us to make returns rather than go direct to your company.

I don’t like the return policy at all . If you are exchanging a pair of shoes for another pair of shoes you shouldn’t have to start the process all over. There should be a better way to do it.
