Best tallow around! Love the flavor

This is my second time ordering the Wagyu Brisket point. The first time I ordered i received my order it was still fully frozen. This time when i received my order it was fully defrosted. I hope it is safe to eat.

The staff of my Booth Creek shop are superior in their knowledge of the products they sell and the customer service they provide. They are a team, always good-natured and fun to be around. A bonus is the excellent Friday lunches they create, simply grand.

The ribeyes are almost too beautiful to cook because you worry the marbling will be covered by the sear. But they make a great meal for a meditation on why God made beef before he made Eve.

Staff is very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Free samples are always appreciated as well. Points reward system along with top quality meat keeps me coming back for more.
