My husband and I never experienced Wagyu beef until we went to the BC Wagyu & wine pairing. We feel in love with the high quality Wagyu beef and the team at Booth Creek. We have been to the store 3 times to experience all beef options. The chef even gives advice on how to prepare the meat. They also accept special orders. Its a must try!

The Wagyu Steak Tips from Booth Creek are awesome! I added the Booth Creek seasoning and easily cooked them on a flatiron on stovetop. So tender and delicious. One of our favorite weekday meals because it only takes minutes and easy cleanup.

The Halibut and cocktail shrimp are my favorites. The Halibut is AMAZING. Always fresh & delicious. Great heart healthy choice and very easy to prepare. I really appreciate Booth Creek. Products are great, staff always cheerful and helpful.

The Atlantic Salmon is a nice thick piece of salmon. I drizzle a little olive oil on top and cook in my air fryer for about 18 minutes on 370 degrees. Comes out perfect!

Other than the filet, this is our family's #1 go to cut of Wagyu!!! It's my wife's favorite and one of the easiest to prepare and cook in less than 10 minutes. The flavor is consistent as well as the tenderness. (1) roast equals (6) one inch cuts which is perfect for a family dinner.
