Awesome juicy product

Booth Creek Wichita shop has a terrific staff. The ladies are knowledgeable, ready to help and/or answer any questions. They are all friendly, fun, and have a great sense of humor. Addison, the chef, is excellent. It’s a shame that the prepared food selection has been discontinued, it was a bonus for the shop.

This is my favorite summer sausage. It has a great flavor profile, perfect texture and just the right ratio of lean to fat. It is great as a snack with cheese and crackers. It makes great sandwiches. I even dice up a little to add to my scrambled eggs in the morning.

The Wichita shop is superior.
