We have been using Booth Creek brisket all year in BBQ competition. It has consistently delivered great results along with that great flavor.

Absolutely love this cut of meat. I smoke them and use them to make asada for tacos for catering.

The Atlantic Salmon is a nice thick piece of salmon. I drizzle a little olive oil on top and cook in my air fryer for about 18 minutes on 370 degrees. Comes out perfect!

It gets no better than this. Make some slow cooked French Dips. Thank me later!

Other than the filet, this is our family's #1 go to cut of Wagyu!!! It's my wife's favorite and one of the easiest to prepare and cook in less than 10 minutes. The flavor is consistent as well as the tenderness. (1) roast equals (6) one inch cuts which is perfect for a family dinner.

Booth Creek Wichita shop has a terrific staff. The ladies are knowledgeable, ready to help and/or answer any questions. They are all friendly, fun, and have a great sense of humor. Addison, the chef, is excellent. It’s a shame that the prepared food selection has been discontinued, it was a bonus for the shop.
