My workout recovery seems a little faster. It's not immediate. I think I've finished the first can. It's tough to know for sure when its all been used. First impression is that it works but it's not immediately noticeable.

Overall I have been happy with Boost, I have had no serious issues with the product, I have received a cannister that was empty upon opening on a recent order. This occurred on one prior occasion and was quickly replaced at no charge. Since I am a frequent customer, it would be nice if I could receive a discount on each order since I do not want to do a signup for regular deliveries.

The spo2 monitor had me at 99% so no can was actually changing my oxygen levels, my inhaler has a stronger effect for breathing assistance- not sure why I expected a similar feeling here. I did however enjoy the eucalyptus and would consider more flavored options in the future (healthier than vaping haha)
