What is there not to like about a good breath of air?

I find many opportunities to use Boost. For concentration, breath control, to relax, or before I go to sleep, or recover from strenuous exercise or work. It is good stuff!

Our son's wedding venue was a 8,200 feet elevation. We got a variety pack of BOOST to make available to our myriad guests coming up from sea level. Among those that expressed gratitude for the extra help included 70-somethings struggling with cardio-vascular system limitations, desk-denizens that wanted to test out some of the mountain trails and young, healthy, but very pregnant young women who were carrying and breathing for two.
