The service was very friendly and helpful when I purchased the chair. It was also on sale, so the price was excellent. Overall, I’m very happy with both the service and the value for money.

Rhiannon was exceptional and went above and beyond to swiftly resolve the multiple issues incurred with the product parts and warehouse. The Remy "ergonomic" chair, however, isn't the most comfortable nor of good quality when considering the price point. It is pretty though!
