The two types of bra I got are both very comfortable; Boody's customer service people have been very helpful in answering questions I had about the washing instructions.

The items are stretchy, and comfortable - at the moment. Having read "Our new Bamboo FreeMesh range uses Bamboo Viscose” I was disappointed to read on the care label that the bamboo content is only 31% (48% of the fibres are nylon. ) I wanted something light to wear in summer, but I fear these will be horribly sweaty in hot weather. And they recommend hand washing. There was a glitch with Boody’s UK website, which mean’t I had two identical orders delivered - and charged for. Dealing with their obsequious and yet unhelpful bot raised my blood pressure, but eventually I made contact with a capable human who put the situation right.

Excellent customer service. I had to return the original small bra for a medium. Boody could not have been more helpful. I had to pay for the return sadly but it is what it is. I had a problem with Royal Mail also sadly when my package was sent and lost and Boody could not have been more helpful. Thank you again for your excellent customer service!

Boody are a great company. The material is so comfortable and the products are wonderful.

No problem when I had to exchange for a smaller size.

Good delivery on time. Good quality make but not right for me, too thick material. Returns policy and process disappointing. Have bought M and S anti chafe shorts instead even though I was keen to try a bamboo fabric.

Too small and as a consequence less comfortable

Reasonable product , advertising is deceptive as its Lyocell made from Bamboo pulp. Isnt clear the products are made in China on the web site. Sizes come up small.
