Lovely customer service; shipping is unfortunately slow or damaged box sometimes but that is the carrier/customs fault. Customer service really helpful.

Love the underwear and materials used. I dont like that there are shipping issues happening regularly (not their fault, but still annoying), BUT the customer service is really helpful and friendly and always finds a solution. Totally recommended

I love BOODY, but will never have a delivery by EVRI again. My last two orders from BOODY were returned to BOODY and got lost completely respectively. BOODY did kindly resolve the problems, but the orders took about a month to get to me. I would always choose Royal Mail delivery in future

Service and delivery excellent and product first class.

The item arrived with the packaging damaged. It was for a gift and the item had been slightly stained and the tags were dirty and torn. Boody sent a replacement immediately which arrived in days and suggested I donate the stained item to charity. I thought this was a very responsible and generous solution given the problem was with their courier's service. I will definitely be back to purchase again, in fact I already have been!

Have an entire drawer full of bras & knickers as they’re THE most comfortable options available. The products I love that I’ve not purchased yet are because the larger sizes are sold out or not available at all. Same with the new loungewear items, no larger sizes.
