Very disappointed - the bundle of balloons came and were all tangled together. I was told the "1" and the "0" should be on separate weights so they don't get tangled up so I ordered it that way and an additional 10 latex balloons. I paid for 3 weights. I explained that the 10 balloons needed to be loosely together as they would be individually floating on the ceiling. We picked them up and they were all entangled and it was impossible for them to be separated so basically it was a bundle of balloons which is the opposite of what I wanted. The balloons turned out to be more of a nuisance than anything and I was very disappointed.

The products I ordered came in a box that had darling paper and a personal hand written note. Best packaging I have ever seen. Products were exactly as they looked online .
