I’m not very impressed with the volumizing duo. The shampoo doesn’t do a great job of cleaning my hair. The conditioner is ok but not as thick as I was expecting. Not seeing any extra volume that wasn’t already there.

I've been using the Duo for years and bought a new pack from Sephora when I most recently ran out. I received the package and it smelt AWFUL. I figured they must've changed the formula, so I reached out to BB and they sent me a new one. I received the new one and it still smelt HORRIBLE. It's literally unusable. I know BB says that they didn't change the formula, but something is different with these new bottles. I used to love these and now I truly cannot use them because of the rancid smell.

Have not seen much improvement in my hair shedding or thinning. I have also developed folliculitis on my head from the harshness

Bondi boost customer service is always amazing. Products arrive very quickly, well packaged and quite often have a surprise free gift added. I’ve only contacted customer service on two occasions and they were extremely helpful. Nothing is too much trouble for Bondi boost customer service.

The product is nice. I like having a two-in-one leave-in conditioner and heat protectant. The smell is very pleasant and adds shine to my hair. I unfortunately had my first bad experience with BondiBoost after years of buying from them. I thought the product was lost in the mail (thankfully it ended up arriving) but when I reached out for help with customer service I felt like the rep was trying to shame me. I was really distraught over the treatment and I think the customer service process has a lot of room for improvement. I do like BondiBoost as a whole and I won't let one bad experience turn me away from it, but I will be more cautious shopping one the website in the future.
