We purchased the thermal brush and it is fantastic! I don’t typically leave reviews but this brush is too good not to share. It works great to straighten and smooth hair once it’s all ready dried. We first received an incorrect item but the customer service team handled the issue seamlessly. They were prompt and friendly resolving the error. This type of customer service is so uncommon anymore. It’s great to know that quality products and companies still exist.

The product came used and also took awhile to ship in the first place. They want to send me a new one but that will take longer and they want me to cut the cord of the device I have so I can’t use it while I wait for the new replacement
