The smell. It’s awful. I don’t understand…did I get a bad bottle? Or is this how it is supposed to smell?

Wonderful hair dryer and styler

Products were not near as good as advertised and smell was harsh. Also had to pay to exchange items which was almost $10 and then when I went to select exchange its it had a free gift shown but then I was later told I couldn't have the free gift because it was for a different promotion even though it allowed me to select it. Also took a very long time for the process

Shampoo came two days after ordering. Great shampoo and conditioner. My hair has never been more healthier and stronger

Best leave in conditioner I have ever used. my hair is soft and healthy after use. I use after every hair wash. After my hair is dry I rub in some Rapid repair bond builder finishing oil, leaves my hair shiny. Both products are top quality and well worrh the money.
