In trying to support a Black owned business as I read, my order took over a month from the time I ordered to receiving the package. Communicating with Customer Support and Dr. Henry when trying to get a status was fine. I was just hoping to receive them before vacationing, which was my whole point in needing sunglasses. When I finally received them, they looked great! But of course they are too small for my face. I guess it's the price I paid for trying to buy glasses online.

I needed a new pair of glasses and discovered Bohten; the Aristotle frames are great and the prescription is perfect. I highly recommend Bohten frames for eyeglasses or sunglasses.

The online service was great I only wish you had physical stores nearby so I can try on multiple frames in person.

Exceptional eyewear

Really quick shipping and turn around, but I haven’t gotten any response from customer service about my recent order. I’d like to either get a replacement or refund on the latest order. Very happy with previous orders, but customer service is lacking when I need help

These are unique, fashionable, and of great quality. I didn’t like the pair I initially ordered but they allowed me to exchange them no hassle. On top of that, they GAVE me a complimentary pair ($300 value) absolutly free! Thank you so much. I’ll be supporting in the near future.
