Customer service could improve with their response time. Your only way to contact them is through email and you often have to wait until they respond which usually is 48+ hours. Shipping price is good and efficient.

First of all I support black female owned business. I absolutely love my salt & pepper boho locs. They are high quality and worth every dollar. My stylist really makes me look good and it only takes 1 1/2 hours to install. I have received so many compliments from both male and females. It is possible to get an even shorter loc between 10 and 12 inches. I prefer a shorter look.
