Shipping was fast!

I really like the topper - but it does limit the amount of taller stuff you can put in the bag. The bitty bag is awesome. The cupholder for the bitty bag is a pain. It doesn't stay hooked & falls off easily. I don't recommend this for kiddos. That's what I got it for, and nope!

I bought this for a gift to give on Saturday. It was delivered Saturday and I took it to the party and found out it was the wrong bogg bag original. Everything was correct except the large bag had hearts instead of circle holes. It’s disappointing that I have to go take it from her, buy a box to ship it back and wait for a new one to be delivered. I ordered the correct product and bogg sent me the wrong product, but myself and the gift recipient are the only people inconvenienced and disappointed

I made my last purchase with your company. I love your products, but not your return policy. I spent 24. 00 and was told my refund would be 6. 00. After calling they changed my refund to 16. 00. The product was not the color that was seen on your site. It was an ugly yellow, not the yellow that was shown.

I bought this bag to use as a travel make-up bag but I'm sure it can be used for many things. I like that it's clear and that it stands on its own.

LOVE the bag and definitely see myself with many more in the future. Ordering was a breeze and I loved seeing and choosing from all the bags. However that little disclaimer towards the end asking for extra $ to guarantee that I actually receive the bag threw me off. I didn’t spend the extra funds and waiting for it to arrive was stressful. Not sure I would feel comfortable ordering from your website again.

Incorrect pricing. Took over 25 emails and several phone calls over a period of days to get sorted out. . but eventually got a credit for the extra charge. Was a lot of effort just to get a mistake on your end fixed.
