The website was easy to navigate. I bought a small bogg baf, the top of the purse has began to warp. I have taken pictures to submit but there is no place to do this. I requested an exchange based on this an have to pay shipping? I bought the bag and paid as required. It is not my fault that the top of the purse has warped.

Very disappointed. Within two hours of carrying for the first time, permanent scuff marks! It’s a painted pink with white underneath. How disappointing!
