I recently made a purchase at Bogarts using their curb side pick up option since their stores are closed and had a great experience! The team was great at communicating when my order was ready and social distancing was practiced upon pick up! They were super accommodating when my ring didn’t fit and I was able to drop by the next day to exchange it for a different size! Amazing service from start to the finish. I used the chat service online and I had many questions regarding placing my order. Each question was answered quickly. They were personable and so friendly. Even when they made my delivery they did so with a smile and waved.
