Was ignored for 25 minutes with no greeting, a lady that came in 20 minutes after me was immediately greeted and served. I will gladly take my business and money elsewhere.

she drops my tennis bracelet off the counter on to the floor without saying sorry or anything and acts as nothing happened!!! Horrible service in my opinion.

My fiancee brought my custom engagement ring here for resizing. They done a wonderful job, it took only a little less than 2 weeks, AND they somehow made the ring look even better and newer than when my fiancee first received it. They really went above and beyond, and now will have repeat customers!!

I would just like the share my experience on Bogart clothing,it's very beautiful clothing and I spend alot of money when entering that shop.but I'm very disappointed in the clothing I hand wash my expensive clothing myself due to the fact that it cost alot of money 2 of my shirts I Baught at Bogarts printing came loose just after one handwash and those shirts cost me about R5500 for Both.never had I experience something like that with Fabiani or Gstar raw..and eversince that I haven't stepped foot in a Bogart store anymore to scared because it's not worth the money..

I am from Ontario where we have a business with the slogan “It is worth the drive to Acton”. In my case it was worth the trip to Gander! Bogart’s Jewellers was recommended to me, so I packed up my heirloom jewellery, some old gold, and a few photos of items I thought I might like. When I walked into Bogarts in Gander, Peggy met me at the counter and went straight to work. She guided me through decision making based on her experience, knowledge, and resources as to what would work best for my assorted collection. Peggy considered the sentimental value, balance of sizes of diamonds, and the quality of gold, along with design appearance and longevity of the piece. Together we created a beautiful ring that incorporated four generations of my family that I will be proud to pass on to my daughter one day. Thank you so very much Peggy!

What a pleasurable experience I recently had at Bogarts in the Avalon Mall. I damaged my pride and joy diamond ring that I have owned for better than 40 years. Having delayed my efforts to have my ring repaired, I finally headed to Bogarts to have the repair issue addressed, and I am Most Pleased I did! From the first greeting at the time of my arrival through the repair constellation (thank you Beulah) and the full repair process . I was fully advised of the cost, the repair effort and an expected completion date in a very kind and professional manner by 3 Bogart Team Members. To my unimaginable delight, Bogarts beat the expected completion date, under the quoted repair cost and my pride and joy ring looks just as it did more than 40 years ago. I’m as proud today as I was back then to slide my ring on my finger. Thank you Bogarts for the quality repair and customer care you afforded me your efforts are greatly appreciated and you clearly have shown you are true to your word when it comes to customer care! Susan helped us choose our three rings all at once (engagement ring and wedding bands) shortly before we darted off to Niagara Falls to elope. I could not be happier with both the service we received and the rings we ended up buying. Simply stunning!

Sadly I was disappointed with the customer service I received at Bogart’s recently. My partner and I were inquiring about engagement rings and were not taken seriously. The sales person was cold and made us feel like we were wasting her time. After I tried on a few, they walked away to check something on the computer and then didn’t come back, making me feel like they decided FOR me that I was done trying rings on. We went to Charm Diamonds and found a ring there, which is very unfortunate because I’ve always been more inclined to shop at Bogart’s. My partner and I are in our mid-twenties and I can’t say for certain that it was our age that made the sales person feel as though we weren’t making a serious inquiry, but that is how it felt. In reality, we were ready to make a purchase but didn’t even get a chance to really see your selection.

I had 3 platinum rings sized bigger where elsewhere wanted to use white gold. Bogarts jewellers are such professionals they ordered platinum to do it right. I’m over the moon ! My rings are like new ! I’m very happy and recommend Bogarts as the best. Thank you.

Went in the Carbonear Store thr the other day. Put a ring in for Sizing. Your staff are absolutely 💯 phenomenal. 👍 Friendly and very knowledgeable. Hopefully I will receive one of your beautiful 😷 Masks.
