I bought this plyo box to help maintain my explosive power as I get older. I specifically chose the foam version over a wooden one to benefit from its impact absorption. Despite its size, the box is not overly heavy and feels very stable during use. One of the added bonuses of the foam construction is that it significantly reduces noise—much quieter than a wooden box when jumping. It doesn’t take up much space, making it a practical addition to any home gym. Highly recommended.

We have been gradually creating our home gym and the acquisition of the three weighted kettlebells have proved to be a great addition. They are well made and look good in our studio.

Good bar

Great quality product with good grip and knurling on the bar. The black finish is good although it does seem that some of this coating is coming off due to lots of use but this may be from the weight plates I have rather than the bar.
