I'm really pleased with this rowing machine, it feels and looks as good, if not better than any other rower I've ever used. The seat is comfortable whether using for shorter or longer workouts, and everything feels really sturdy and durable. I particularly like that the screen display is large and can be adjusted so that's it at eye level when training. Another feature that I like is that it doesn't actually require batteries to power the display-if you start rowing it will eventually self-power the display, and it will light up and work as normal, showing your strokes per minute, total distance rowed and training time. From what I understand, this only works if you don't want to use the programs in the display unit. If you want to use the built in programs, you'll still need to put the batteries in. The resistance is easy to adjust, you can feel the difference between the various levels, and I also find the foot straps to be very secure as well. It took me about 90 minutes to assemble, but that was with me going purposefully slowly to ensure all steps were followed correctly, and it took me a while to correctly align the two halves of the machine when putting them together. To summarise, this machine is very high quality, easy and straightforward to use and provides an effective cardio workout.

Dumbbells are really well made and are not far off technogym standards. Hoping the white lettering doesn’t yellow as they they really pop. Worth the £650 I paid.

Fantastic for Military press no more juggling dumbbells up to shoulder height, vertical chest press and back rows also really good. . . . . fyi use your spotter arms under them for military press. . . attach jammer arm, attach long spotter arm underneath then add weights. . . . I am dumb and it took me a long while to work that out.

I bought Body Power 14kg together with 12kg and 10kg as an introduction to kettlebells. I have nothing to compare with but I have been very pleased with the quality and have been using them regularly. As usual they are good value as I expect from Fitness Superstore
