We are enjoying the challenging games and the added benefit of balance exercises plus the core and leg muscle workouts. You don’t even realize that your using so many muscles. So convenient easy to take with you on vacation. A truly great product!

It is a challenge but fun

I bought this because I'm older and am having balance issues and was hoping to improve it. I haven't had it long enough for me to know if it will help. I'm not able to use it daily because it hurts my ankles. I tried to let some of the air out, but can't figure out how to. I tried removing the needle from the pump and just putting it in the hole, but that didn't do anything. Overall it is just ok

The manual needs to be more detailed and give explicit instructions.

I love how the bladder and be filled/emptied to customize difficulty along with the programs. I and the whole family enjoy the fun while exercising, strengthening core muscles, and strengthening balance. Great purchase!

My wife and I are in our early 70s. We gave been working on improving our balance for sports, and re-habbing from episodes of vertigo. Standard balance rehab routines can get boring. Playing the balance games via the Bogo app makes the training fun. The test app gives quantitative feedback for measuring improvement. It is a very clever device.

I am a Physical Therapist who had a severe ankle fracture, I've been looking for a way to get more dynamic exercise to my ankle. This is awesome. It's so intense I could only stand 5 minutes the first day but I'm now getting better at walking on uneven surfaces. Thanks bobo.

Love the disc and concept for the games on my phone but the music is irritating - it was a little difficult to get the disc balanced- but ok once level
