The customer service was great and easy to deal with. Had a small issue with one of my tubs getting busted during shipping and they immediately fixed the issue. It arrived on a -35 day in Alberta, so I was pleasantly surprised to see how well they packaged their items to survive those temperatures. Will definitely be purchasing again! The Boba is delicious and pops nicely and stays fresh for a long time.
