Shipping was quick and effective! Although the product is VERY fragile, it is packaged SO WELL that it would be difficult to damage it without deliberately trying to do so. I was very happy and will buy from this company again. I have already recommended it to several friends.

Overall experience not good with the company I have had two major inconveniences so far with the company with no customer service at all just generic emails sent no apologies no nothing not happy with customer service at all however your prices are good and help keep my profit margin very sustainable just have absolutely horrible customer service having problems yet again with my third order

The customer service was great and easy to deal with. Had a small issue with one of my tubs getting busted during shipping and they immediately fixed the issue. It arrived on a -35 day in Alberta, so I was pleasantly surprised to see how well they packaged their items to survive those temperatures. Will definitely be purchasing again! The Boba is delicious and pops nicely and stays fresh for a long time.
