Packages are very well protected on arrival and the popping boba is good quality. The containers are a little flimsy and the lids do not seal once opened. It would be very helpful if the lids could re-seal after opening as the current design makes spilling really easy. Otherwise, totally satisfied with the product!

I recently purchased Japanese Genmaicha Tea from this company and encountered several issues. Firstly, I received Japanese green tea instead of the Genmaicha I ordered. Upon contacting customer service, I was informed that the formulation had been changed and was now labeled as Japanese green tea, which I found questionable. Additionally, the delivery was mistakenly sent to a neighbor’s address, who kindly brought it to me. When I reached out again, I was instructed to return the three bags of tea at my own expense. Despite returning the product, the company has yet to acknowledge their error or process my refund, even though the return was confirmed delivered last week. I advise caution when dealing with this company.

Unfortunately, the new bag I recently purchased tasted quite different from the previous ones I received. It had a much sweeter profile with a stronger vanilla/coconut flavor and aroma, which is personally not the flavor profile I am looking for. I have tried several cheese foam powders from different companies and yours has consistently been my favorite, which is why I continue to repurchase from you whenever I run out. If this had only been a small purchase I likely would not have reached out, however this bag was significantly more expensive and unfortunately I do not think I will be able to use it. I was hoping there may be something you could do to help, whether that is confirming if the formula changed, if perhaps I received a different variation by mistake, or if there may be another product from your lineup that is closer to the previous batches I had purchased from you.
