Unfortunately, the new bag I recently purchased tasted quite different from the previous ones I received. It had a much sweeter profile with a stronger vanilla/coconut flavor and aroma, which is personally not the flavor profile I am looking for. I have tried several cheese foam powders from different companies and yours has consistently been my favorite, which is why I continue to repurchase from you whenever I run out. If this had only been a small purchase I likely would not have reached out, however this bag was significantly more expensive and unfortunately I do not think I will be able to use it. I was hoping there may be something you could do to help, whether that is confirming if the formula changed, if perhaps I received a different variation by mistake, or if there may be another product from your lineup that is closer to the previous batches I had purchased from you. Thank you in advance and I appreciate your time and assistance.
