Purchased Vanity #1663. Mirrored is kinda neat. HOWEVER, there was a drawer completely missing, and the back of another drawer. Other items were damaged on the inside (chips, bubbles etc). Contacted "customer service" and called and have received no response. Very disappointing. Will now have to contest with Credit Card company. Didnt want to do this.

There were several problems with this vanity. It took way too long to put together. The mirrors did not align with the wholes on the wall it was supposed to so I had to create holes. I had to create holes to put the knobs on the drawers because they didn’t come all the way through from the inner part. Lastly, the LED lights are the long sticker strips that would look gaudy and I noticed no one in the reviews used them. I’m happy I got it during the Labor Day sale so I only paid about $150. Not worth $400 plus. Purchased from Wayfair and there were no issues with delivery.

Been trying to contact this company since August 13th by email and phone. The number they give you is just a voicemail box that no one checks. Absolutely the worst company to deal with.

When I opened the box for my vanity it did not come with the instructions and I emailed them 3-4 times and they have not replied back at all! It’s been 2 weeks almost 3 and I still can’t put up my vanity ! This is terrible

Not only do the instructions suck but you will be missing pieces as well. Don’t even try to bother with customer service because they will give you a hard time for the missing pieces.

I’ve been waiting over two weeks for my package and of course the want to send it in 3 shipments and no one can tell me where my package is or when i will get it! This sucks and messed up Christmas

I purchased a vanity during a system error and was told to bad. So not only did I receive nothing and they dont honor the system but I was giving a discount code. So nice it was an invalid code. Way to guys.

Got the Diana vanity. Very expensive. Got NO lights, NO USB ports, nothing electrical to set up. So I can’t use what I paid for. Have tried calling all the numbers on this “website” and they are all dial tone busy numbers- emailed and no response. What a joke. I’d love my money back

Vanity arrived with cracked mirror. Still not resolved. Overpriced for quality of vanity piece. Thought (under the impression) we purchased a lighted mirror vanity, apparently it was not. Purchased lights separately from Boahaus for $40. They were very small, cheap plastic that other companies are selling for $10-$15. In or to return for refund I would have to pay over $18 in service costs.

This vanity was a piece of junk! The lights did not work. The assembly did not go together well so the alignment of drawers was way off. We had missing/defective hardware. I wouldn't have had that much of an issue with it, but the customer service is awful! I called, emailed and tried chat. I am not sure people actually check it.

Shipped quickly, nothing came broken. Overall pretty good :)

Where do I start? The unit is pretty but WOW what an ordeal to put it together!! After 3 hours, my husband decided to just drill his own holes because none of the pre-drilled holes worked as the directions stated. He is an experienced carpenter and he grew frustrated with this unit. Good price and it looks good but be prepared to spend many hours putting it together!! On the plus side, our daughter loves it and learned a lot from helping her dad put this together. It was good bonding time for them.

Package was not damaged, no parts missing.

Quick but hard setup. But it’s completely worth it.

Shipping was quick, handling was good, only one piece was a little banged up. All in all, would definitely purchase from Boahaus again
