This machine is AWESOME!!! Best purchase I've made in recent memory. It'll do 12 packs per hour! Three times what I've gotten out of any other machine! (This is my fourth one. ) I'm so happy! It's actually fun to use. No mess, no waste, fills the tubes perfectly almost as fast as I can put them in the pack! It holds about 3 packs of tubes in the hopper, and enough tobacco for a pack at a time. I refill the tobacco every 5 minutes! (Not complaining). This machine is amazing! Highly recommend! I started with the Top-o-Matic manual machine. Very messy, tedious and time consuming. Then the Powermatic 4. Much better, much less mess and faster but still only about 4 or 5 packs per hour. Then the Powermatic 3. A little better but still time consuming, difficulty packing tray consistently so I had issues with jamming, kicking tubes off and not filling them all the way with the Powermatic 3 and 4. And, it died after about 5500 cigarettes. (6 months).
